Ms Laurie and Ms Natalie were wonderful with my autistic so who needed braces. Ms... Laurie had Ms Natalie meet with my son before starting to answer all his questions. Ms Natalie explained every step. When she started she took the time to explain each instrument, and answer all of his questions. When he got very anxious during the process, her and other staff took the time to calm him down. She was quick and efficient and because of this experience, my son is less anxious about going back for adjustments.
