What this website does and doesn’t collect

This website provides information about the ICON Smile Studios practices. It has no forms, accounts or patient portals, and it doesn’t ask you for health information.

This website doesn’t use advertising pixels or analytics tools. Like most websites, our hosting provider receives technical information such as your IP address and browser type when pages load, and uses it to deliver and secure the site.

Booking and referral links

When you book an appointment or send a referral, you leave this website and go to the practice’s own website or scheduling system. Those pages are covered by that practice’s privacy notice and its HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

Please don’t email health information

Email and general contact channels aren’t secure for health information. Call the practice treating you, or use its secure forms.
