As Director of Operations, she leads the systems, people, and processes that support both our team and our patients every day. From improving communication and patient flow to building scalable workflows, Katy ensures consistency, accountability, and continued growth across the organization.
With a Master of Public Health (MPH), she brings a thoughtful, healthcare-driven approach to leadership—balancing big-picture strategy with a sharp eye for detail. Her work has been key in strengthening our infrastructure as we’ve expanded.
Katy’s leadership helps bring our mission to life: delivering exceptional patient care while creating a workplace where our team can thrive.
