With 25+ years of experience, Dr. Behl is the driving force behind ICON. A BUSDM-trained orthodontist now pursuing an Executive MBA, he blends clinical excellence with strategic innovation to create a practice that elevates both patients and providers.

Kristen leads ICON’s execution engine, aligning vision and operations through EOS. From brand growth to internal development, she ensures ICON stays focused and future-ready.
