this was my first time getting braces and oddly felt like a spa day. I fell asleep in the The chair and was walked through the entire installation process and I really appreciate being talked through how the payments would work and everyone made me feel very comfortable to ask any questions and I’m excited to start my braces journey.

Her positive energy and professionalism made the entire visit smooth and stress‑free. Outstanding service from start to finish.

Dr. Behl really went above and beyond during my son visit. He took the time to meet with me one-on-one, listened carefully to my concerns, and made sure everything was addressed. I truly appreciated his attention and professionalism—especially knowing how busy he is. Very pleased with my experience!

Lanice was amazing in Yorktown. She did a great adjustment. Her hands are very soft and gentle and she is always so welcoming. She has walked each and every step of the way of my journey. I truly cannot say enough great things about this office! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by some of the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. Sharon, in particular, stood out—she was incredibly pleasant, respectful, and made the entire experience feel comfortable and stress-free.

I originally had my braces put on at a different office, but came here today to have them removed—and I’m so glad I did. The team went above and beyond to take care of everything I needed in a single visit, exceeding my expectations in every way.

The office itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and extremely well organized, which only adds to the overall positive experience.
