I had a great experience with Lanice the dental assistant who changed my braces. She was incredibly professional, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. What stood out the most was how attentively she listened to my concerns and took the time to address each one without making me feel rushed. Her customer service was exceptional — she explained what she was doing, reassured me when I felt nervous, and made the whole process much smoother than I expected.
