Ms Laurie and Ms Natalie were wonderful with my autistic so who needed braces. Ms... Laurie had Ms Natalie meet with my son before starting to answer all his questions. Ms Natalie explained every step. When she started she took the time to explain each instrument, and answer all of his questions. When he got very anxious during the process, her and other staff took the time to calm him down. She was quick and efficient and because of this experience, my son is less anxious about going back for adjustments. The staff was very friendly, and the building was extremely clean. I loved the fact... that they had a brushing station in case you wanted to brush your teeth before you see the orthodontist. Dr. Behl was very nice and took care of my teeth while I was in there. They are now turning out flawlessly from where I started.
